Cedartown

Cedartown, the heart of Polk County, has been holding it down since 1854. It got its name from the beautiful red cedar trees that once lined the area—and while the trees may be fewer these days, the charm is still alive and well. One of the town’s true treasures is Big Spring, the largest natural limestone spring in the South. Pretty cool, right?
